EKO-PIL industrial cleaning technology

EKO-PIL machines realize technologic process according to one of two conceptions of device work:
»   periodical work - realized
     in KMN chamber cleaning machines,
»   continuous work - realized
     in PMO tunnel cleaning machines.

EKO-PIL industrial chamber cleaning machines distinguish themselves with high level of automation and flexibility in exploitation, their optimum working conditions is co-operation with one or two flexible machining systems. The KMN series cleaning machines can perform washing, rinsing, passivation operations in shower or immersion technology and drying and cooling operations using hot air or vacuum.

EKO-PIL tunnel cleaning machines are fully automated devices which have optimum performance in cooperation with maintaince free automatic production lines. The PMO series cleaning machines submit details moving on the automatic conveyor to washing, rinsing, passivation operations - depending from parts requirements - then air-blow and - if it is necessary - hot air drying and cooling operations.

The most optimal for the Customer solution is chosen together with EKO-PIL engineers during technical consultations.

 

EKO-PIL - Cleaning machines designed for your parts

Machine design begins with creating of concept project in AutoCAD, next step is building a three-dimension model and devolopment every single detail of machine with space analysis of whole project in Autodesk Inventor environment. Finished project is proficiently transferred from virtual reality to the physical reality by our skilled production team using flexibility-oriented machine park.

Before the machine is shipped to the customer's plant there is a acceptance test performed, after which - if neccesary - there can be some final adjustments made. Finished machine is consigned to the customer for run-off, final acceptance test and training of machine usage and maintenace. EKO-PIL's standard is to provide a one year warranty for every machine and further service when warranty period expires.

	OGP oil separator Our cleaning machines equipped with OGP oil separators, far more efficient then common known old technology oil skimmers, lets us provide best quality cleaning and multiply lifetime of cleaning baths. 	Closed circuit of technology fluids Thanks to usage of OGP and EKO-PIL thorough filtration system in cleaning machines, the technologic fluid circuit is closed into a loop with sustained high quality cleaning and significant reduction of upkeep costs.
	Fume condensation EKO-PIL cleaning machines are equipped with sophisticated internal air circulation assuring that after end of cleaning process air in working chamber is not vaporous. Furthermore, thanks to closed air circuit, there is no need for connecting the cleaning machine with fumes hoist installation.
	HERS - Heat Energy Recovery System Next step of reduction of upkeep and maintaince costs related with exploitation of EKO-PIL cleaning machines is extreme minimization of energy emission outside the machine system and accumulating the energy in fluid tanks.
